Terms of use
Updated October 19, 2026
This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any difference between versions, the Albanian version prevails.
These terms apply to everyone who uses Creoseen: influencers, businesses, agencies and visitors. They are written plainly, because you should be able to understand them. By creating an account, you accept them.
01Creoseen’s role
Creoseen (Tirana) is the platform that connects influencers with businesses, with two main actors:
- Influencers (influencers, UGC creators, photographers, videographers), who find businesses and campaigns and invoice them from their own NIPT (Albanian tax ID), with Creoseen’s help.
- Businesses, which open campaigns as needed with one or many influencers.
- Agencies have early access: accounts are opened by invitation or from the waiting list, on the terms that apply to businesses, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We provide the platform: profiles, campaigns, conversations, deliveries, invoices, statuses and the tools of the Pro plans.
- The agreement on the content (what, when, for how much, with which rights) is between the business or agency and the influencer. It is recorded in the collaboration in the app.
- For payment, Creoseen acts as the influencer’s collection agent: it collects the business’s payment for the influencer’s invoice, holds it until approval and passes it on to the influencer. For its own service, Creoseen invoices the business only for the commission and, where it applies, the service fee (sections 4–9).
- Our team reviews accounts and campaigns before they become public.
02Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information, including your tax details (section 4).
- Every account is reviewed by the team. We may refuse an account if the information does not appear truthful or does not comply with these terms.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for every action taken from your account.
- An agency acting for clients confirms that it is entitled to represent them.
03Collaborations
Every collaboration goes through these stages: Applied or Offer, Accepted, Brief, In progress, Delivered, Revision, Approved, Paid.
- The price, deadline and number of revisions are agreed before work starts and are shown in the collaboration.
- Videos are delivered by link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox); photos can be uploaded directly.
- Keep communication and changes to the agreement in the collaboration’s conversation. That way the team can help if a dispute arises.
04Mandatory NIPT
- Only influencers and businesses (including agencies) with a valid Albanian NIPT work on Creoseen. Without a NIPT you cannot accept or start a collaboration.
- Every user provides their tax regime, NIPT, legal name and address as registered at the QKB (National Business Center); the influencer also provides the IBAN of the NIPT’s bank account. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date.
- This information appears on the invoices between the parties (section 6) and is used for payments. How we handle it is described in the Privacy notice.
- NIPT opening service (for influencers without a NIPT): a one-time fixed fee (currently 5.000 L) + a 12-month contract with Creoseen; details in the written agreement.
05The two tax regimes
The influencer and the business each choose their own regime:
- Self-employed with NIPT · small business. Under the law in force today (Law 29/2023), profit tax for a self-employed individual with a NIPT is 0% up to 14 million L of turnover a year, until the end of 2029, provided they invoice with fiscal invoices and collect payments into the NIPT’s bank account. Social contributions and other obligations remain theirs.
- Company (sh.p.k.) · standard regime. Taxes and obligations under the standard regime.
- Single-client rule: the law may treat self-employment as employment income when at least 80% of revenue comes from one client or 90% from two. That is why on Creoseen the influencer invoices the business, not Creoseen.
- The VAT registration threshold (10.000.000 L of turnover a year) and the small-business threshold (14.000.000 L) are shown in the panel for information. They are not tax advice: confirm the specifics of your case with your accountant. Choosing a regime and meeting its obligations is each user’s responsibility.
06Split invoicing
The agreed price of a collaboration is the influencer’s total price. For each collaboration two invoices are issued, both addressed to the business or agency that starts the collaboration:
- The influencer’s invoice, from their NIPT, for the price minus Creoseen’s commission (plus VAT, only when the influencer is VAT-registered). Creoseen prepares the draft with the parties’ details and the amounts; the influencer (or their accountant) fiscalizes it in the tax authority’s system and enters the NIVF (fiscal invoice number) in Creoseen after approval; if it isn’t entered, we send a reminder after 3 days. Creoseen does not fiscalize on the influencer’s behalf.
- Creoseen’s invoice, only for the commission, fiscalized by Creoseen. It is issued when the business approves the content.
- The business pays both invoices with one bank transfer to Creoseen, by the due date stated on the invoice. There are no card payments.
07Creoseen as the influencer’s collection agent
- By using Creoseen, the influencer authorises Creoseen to collect on their behalf the business’s payment for their invoice and to pass it on to them.
- The business’s money is held in a separate Creoseen account for client funds (“Funds secured”), kept apart from Creoseen’s own money. The influencer’s share is not Creoseen revenue.
- Creoseen pays the influencer their full invoice amount to the NIPT’s IBAN, usually within 5 business days, only when: the business has approved the content, the business’s payment has arrived and the influencer’s fiscal invoice (NIVF) has been recorded in Creoseen. Until then, the payment waits.
- Creoseen does not withhold tax from the influencer’s payment. Each party declares and pays the taxes on its own invoices.
- Cancellations and refunds. Work that has been delivered and approved (including automatically, point 10) is paid according to the agreement. When the business does not accept the content after the revisions, the dispute procedure applies (point 11). When a paid collaboration is cancelled before delivery, the team decides with the parties on refunding the money held.
08Commission and service fee
- Commission. 15% of the agreed price of every paid collaboration (10% for influencers with an active Creoseen NIPT plan). It is part of the price: it appears on Creoseen’s invoice to the business and is not included in the influencer’s invoice. It is shown in the collaboration before it is accepted.
- Service fee. Currently 0%.
- The rates that apply to a collaboration are frozen on the invoices when they are issued. Rate changes are published on the Pricing page and announced to users before they apply. Invoices already issued do not change.
09VAT
- A VAT-registered influencer adds VAT (currently 20%) to their own invoice and declares it themselves. Creoseen passes on the full invoice amount, VAT included.
- Creoseen’s invoice currently includes no VAT; once Creoseen registers for VAT, VAT will be added to the commission and the fee, and we will announce it before it applies.
- The business sees any VAT in the collaboration before accepting it.
10Content approval
- After each delivery, the business has 5 working days to approve the content or request the revisions included in the agreement. Each new delivery restarts the period.
- The business gets reminders on working days 2 and 4; the last one warns that the content will be approved automatically.
- If the business does not respond, the content is approved automatically on working day 5 and the payment process starts (point 7). The automatic approval is recorded in the collaboration’s conversation.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Albania.
11Disputes
- When the included revisions have been used and the business still does not accept the content, it can open a dispute from the collaboration page, explaining why. During a dispute there is no automatic approval.
- Both parties can add their explanations in the dispute ticket, under Help.
- The Creoseen team decides within 3 working days, based on the brief, the conversation and the deliveries of the collaboration. Possible decisions:
- Full payment to the influencer;
- Kill fee: 30% of the agreed price to the influencer and 70% refunded to the business. In this case the business may not use the content;
- 100% refund to the business.
- Creoseen’s commission is calculated on the amount actually paid. Refunds are made to the business’s IBAN (set in Account) within 5 business days.
- The decision is final within the platform, without prejudice to the parties’ legal rights.
12Help and response times
- For payments, invoices, NIPT, disputes or technical problems, open a ticket under Help, in every panel.
- You get the team’s first answer within one working day. When the team replies, we notify you in the panel and by email.
- For general questions, the contact form is still there.
13Notifications
- For actions that concern you (offers, deliveries, deadlines, payments, tickets) we notify you in the panel and by email.
- If you choose it in Account, you also receive the main notifications on WhatsApp. You can stop them whenever you like, in Account as well.
- How we handle your phone number is explained in Privacy.
14Pro plans: Creoseen NIPT and Biznes Pro
- Price. Creoseen NIPT currently costs 2.500 L a month, Biznes Pro 9.900 L a month. You can choose 1, 3 or 12 months.
- Payment and activation. The plan is paid by bank transfer, using the details shown in the panel (Plan). It is activated once the team confirms the payment; from that day it applies for the period paid. Payment for the plan is documented with an invoice from Creoseen.
- No automatic renewal. The plan does not renew by itself and we never take money without your action. When the period ends and you don’t renew, the account moves to the Free plan; your data (ledger, documents, lists) stays and you’ll see it again when you reactivate.
- Pro rates. If the plan is active when a collaboration’s invoice is issued, the Pro commission (10%) applies for the influencer or the Pro service fee (0%) for the business. The rates are frozen on the invoice and do not change afterwards.
- Tools. Pro plans include the tools described on the Pricing page. We may improve them over time; if we remove something essential during a paid period, we will let you know and find a fair solution together.
15Creoseen Managed
Creoseen Managed is an optional service for businesses that want the Creoseen team to run their campaigns.
- Includes: a dedicated account manager; campaign strategy and calendar; influencer selection and negotiation; management of briefs, revisions and deadlines; a monthly results report; priority in Help.
- Fee: 10% of the base, with a minimum of 100.000 L per month. The base is the prices agreed with influencers for the business’s collaborations approved in that month.
- Contract: from 3 to 6 months. Creoseen invoices the fee every month, for the month just closed.
- Each collaboration is paid as usual: the commission, the influencer’s invoice and the single transfer (points 6–8) stay unchanged.
- The details and the start date are set out in the contract with Creoseen. You request it from the panel (Plan) or with the contact form.
16Fiscalization, pro-formas and tools
- In Albania every invoice is fiscalized in the tax authority’s system by whoever issues it (Law 87/2019 on invoices and the transaction monitoring system).
- Creoseen’s invoices for the commission and the fee are fiscalized by Creoseen; the fiscal number is shown on the invoice.
- The influencer’s invoices are fiscalized by the influencer. The draft prepared by Creoseen is not a fiscal invoice until the influencer fiscalizes it; the accuracy of the fiscalized invoice is the influencer’s responsibility.
- With Creoseen NIPT, the documents the influencer prepares for their own clients outside Creoseen are pro-forma invoices / payment requests, not fiscal invoices. Creoseen stores the NIVF number the influencer enters after fiscalizing.
- The income and expense ledger, the tax calendar, the client-concentration meter, the thresholds and the exports are support tools. The accuracy of the data the influencer enters is their responsibility. Deadlines are indicative: they are not tax advice and must be confirmed with an accountant.
17Content and rights
- The influencer remains the author of the content. The business uses it according to the agreement: where it is published, for how long and whether it is used in ads. When a campaign has a rights period, it is shown in the content library.
- The influencer guarantees that the content is original and that they have the necessary permissions for the music, people and places that appear in it.
- Paid content must be labelled as such when published, as required by law and by the rules of the social platform.
- By uploading photos to your profile or portfolio, you allow Creoseen to show them on your public profile. You can delete them whenever you want.
18Statistics, verification and market prices
- Influencers provide truthful numbers about their audience and posts.
- “Verified” means the Creoseen team has checked the numbers with screenshots from the influencer’s account. “Declared” means they were provided by the influencer and have not been checked yet.
- “Real prices on Creoseen” are calculated automatically from active packages and the prices of completed collaborations, without personal data, and are shown only when there are at least 5 data points. The calculator gives estimates based on the data the visitor enters.
- Verification is not a guarantee of results. Creoseen does not promise views, sales or return on investment.
19Conduct
The following are not allowed on Creoseen:
- fake data, followers or statistics;
- insults, harassment or discrimination;
- content that is illegal, misleading or infringes the rights of others;
- using the platform for spam or to harvest users’ data.
20Suspension and closure
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where possible, we will write to you first and explain why.
- Collaborations in progress are closed fairly: work that has been delivered and approved is paid according to the agreement, and money held is handled under section 7. A paid Pro plan for an account closed for a breach is not refunded; in other cases we handle it fairly.
- You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Data is deleted as described in the privacy notice.
21Liability
- Some processes, such as confirming payments and making transfers, are carried out carefully by the Creoseen team, one by one. We do our utmost to keep the service accurate and always available. Client money is always kept separate from Creoseen’s money.
- We are not responsible for content that users create or publish. Disputes about the content of a collaboration are decided under point 11; for other matters between the parties we help by reviewing the conversation and the deliveries.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
22Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes. For important changes, we notify registered users by email before they apply. The date at the top shows the current version.
23Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Before any other step, we try to resolve any dispute through conversation.
