What does it cost a business?
The account is free. You pay the agreed price. Creoseen’s commission (15%) is part of the price, not an extra. Biznes Pro costs 9.900 L a month. See Pricing.
Why two invoices?
Because the influencer does the work and Creoseen provides the service. Both are fiscal invoices addressed to your business’s NIPT, so you record them as regular expenses. You don’t withhold tax for anyone.
How do I pay?
With one bank transfer to Creoseen for both invoices. Creoseen holds the money as the influencer’s collection agent and passes it on only after you approve the content. There are no card payments.
Does the business need a NIPT?
Yes. Invoices are issued in your business’s name, with the NIPT, legal name and address as registered at the QKB (business registry). You enter them once under Account.
What happens if the business doesn’t respond?
After delivery you have 5 working days to approve the content or request a revision. We remind you during that time; if you don’t respond, the content is approved automatically and the influencer’s payment starts. Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
What if we don’t agree on the content?
Request a change with a precise comment, within the agreed revisions. If you still don’t accept it after those, open a dispute from the collaboration: the Creoseen team decides within 3 working days, based on the brief, the conversation and the deliveries. The decision: full payment to the influencer, a 30% kill fee (the rest is refunded to you and you don’t use the content) or a 100% refund. See the Terms.
